The work was done very well. The only problem was with scheduling--we had agreed on Wednesday when he first came out to look; he called me with the cost and I returned his call to his office. On Wednesday, I wondered where he was and he said that he hadn't heard from me so he scheduled someone else. I explained I called back the same day. He said that I called his office number and not his cell, so he didn't get the confirmation message. I had taken the day off work and then had to take a second day. However, the guys that came out to do the work were EXCELLENT--fast, efficient, and thorough. I was quite pleased.

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
The owner came by, and was very impressive to talk with. We agreed on a price and day for the work. His crew showed up on time, and worked intensely all day. I was somewhat disappointed that the priorities I had communicated to the owner were not effectively communicated to his team. I had to repeat many things. When they said they were done, they needed to go back to finish many details that should have been done right the first time. Also, when I asked advice on what to do with certain aspects of our landscape, the crew really had no good advice to give. Having said all this, they did decent work, and they stuck to the price.

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
The comminications between myself and Adriano (owner of MA Cleaning and Landscaping) was very good. He was responsive to my emails/calls and he walked the property with me to gather information about the job. He and his team were prompt (arriviing on the specified day early in the morning) and efficient in doing the Spring Clean-Up work that I had specified. The work was done relatively quick because he had 5-6 guys on the job. I would have liked to see a bit more attention to detail and care, but they did pretty much what was asked, nothing more, nothing less.
