Very good experience overall.  Paul missed our first appointment but he called ahead of time and told me that he had had an accident, so we scheduled a new appointment for the next day.  Was a little bit late on the next day, but when he and his team of two colleagues started to work on my project (window cleaning) they got things done fast and with precision, working with care not to create a mess and always cleaning up after they finished with each window.  They did a very good job: not necessarily the cheapest, but very good value for the quality of the work done.
