We were happy they removed the major ice dam we had. Also fit us in due to our severe stiuation. The cost was more than we were quoted due to another man coming. Didn't remove snow from entire roof-didn't bring or forward insurance/liability information

Given that I called during the Super Bowl, Manuel was exceptionally prompt in returning my call. I had major ice dam issues, a gutter that actually fell off the front of my house, and an interior leak. Needless to say, I needed help quickly. We agreed to an appointment time the next day. He took the time to explain what was going to be done and quoted me a fair price. Manuel and his team arrived promptly after calling to confirm. My roof is now clean and dry! He even took pictures on his cell phone to show me that the remaining gutters were clean and clear! I couldn't be happier with their service. Thanks so much!

Project: Clean a Roof
Manuel was supposed to come by 1:00. He called me around 2:00 to tell me he was going to be a little late and arrived at 4:00. The rate spoken to on the phone was $400 for the first hour and $100 every hour thereafter. When he came on site, he said it would be $650 for two hours because he had more help (4 people instead of 2). We felt it was a "bait and switch" scheme especially because we called and talked 4 times that day and not once did he mention it was going to cost that much more. The quality of the work they did was very good.
