I chose to work in this industry because bedrest from 2 pregnancies and couldn't find people that would do things right and all of our friends were having hard time working hard and maintaing.I love working in Dallas and suburbs because we had experienced working hard as 2 income family and not having time to check people's background nor could we find customized maid service.We started in this industry in 2002.We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Bathrooms were not cleaned. Still dirty mirrors in both. Very friendly and talked a good talk. Did thoroughly dust but my house is almost entirely hard flooring. Wanted all of it mopped. Spots that I knew were there, were still there after they left. $210. for what I got seems a little more than excessive.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
They need to be taught to not put the chemical spray bottles on wood and laminate floors. Also when cleaning windows they need to make sure the spray does not land on the wood or laminate floors.

Maid 2 Serve U overall did a good job. However, some things I asked them to clean when they first arrived. They missed and I had to ask a second time. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.

Both owner of company came out to the house to clean and detail my house as well as help unpack and organize. On the up side they did clean the house fairly well. However upon leaving I paid the full price for the entire gig. In between that time I decided to organize myself. At which point I called to request the remaining amount be issued to me. Which would have been 150 dollars I was told I would be issued only 30.00 out of a 200 dollar bill. DO to this alone I will not suggest this company to anyone.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
I have a miaid service, but wanted to see if I as getting my money's worth and Maid 2 Serve 2 may be a cute name but not a good maid service. They left the water dripping in the shower for at least 3 houjrs, did not clean the ceiling fans, did a marginal job on the dusting, did not clean behind the couch in the living room, plus everything seems to be an extra charge. I will keep the lady that currently keeps my house even if it is a bit more, but she is so worth the extra expense.

We are very sorry that we could not satisfy Ms. Teresa. We were very through as far as our checklist. We even offered to reclean and it was declined. Because we are a company then we do charge a bit more than individuals because of things like insurance etc. We also don't move heavy furniture due to the liability.
