Overall job was very good.

Tim was great. He was always there to help with any concerns that came up. I am more than pleased with my bathroom remodel.

We had our bathroom remodeled last summer (2010). The sales person really didn't know what the actual workers did, so we thought the project would be down within a week, when it really took almost 3 weeks from demo to finish. The workers were prompt & even came on a Sat. to do the floor. Unfortunately, there were a few things left that never got finished (like staining the door frame) & after calling several times requesting someone to come out & finish, we ended up doing it ourselves.

We were very happy with Luxury Bath. As with most home improvements there were some unexpected issues that arose and the team with Luxury Bath worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issues.

The Tech or insaller was very neat and careful

I had my bathroom totally remodeled by the remodeling staff at Luxury Bath of the Twin Cities. Within days, my bathroom was transformed from a sixty (60) year old bathroom to a Modern attractive bathroom of the 21th century. I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. However, I should caution you on the replacement products, they could be on the lower end of what was discussed. I would recommend that if you choose this Remodeling organization, be sure understanding is established on product and price.

Project is yet to be completed. Shower door was wrong size and still awaiting for someone to finish the tile job. Not the fault of Luxury Bath for the wrong size door, as the box indicated 28" but it was 30". However, frustrated about not having someone come in and finish the tile work.
