Great to work with-Started my job at the end of the day andran out of light came back a few days later to make sure the job was finished. Bill does great work!

He was very pleasant, gave me a decent price, and was on time for delivery. But as soon as he left, I started putting things back on my desk, and noticed that the left back was off of the desk and was much higher than the rest of the glass. In other words, it wasn't flat. I cannot put anything heavy on this area because it would no doubt break. I e-mailed Bill and informed him of the problem, and he said that the factory made it and it should have been totally flat. He suggested that perhaps he put two disks down somewhere instead of one. (The round disks that protect the wood underneath the glass). But they are all single discs.

Bill was great - came in really fast with an estimate and was able to meet our deadline even with complications taking down the old mirrors. He had a great attitude and was personable with our staff (they loved him) and customers. I liked that he is a small business owner and we like to support businesses like ourselves.
