Performed Appraisal of several furniture items. Knowledgeable and Professional. Took awhile to get the paperwork, but overall happy with service

Needed furniture estimate. Came to house when expected.

I have just spoken with the man.

I regret using him. Instead of appraising the required items as requested, he wanted to do other items that was already done. And as of more than a week (1 June 09), I still have not received the final report.

We take exception with this client's comments. We did the appraisal according to guidelines provided by the Dep of Wills; and specifically to items mentioned in a Will. Since the instructions from the client were unclear,and that items had been removed from the residence, we contacted the Court for clarification, to verify the client's comments, and on how to proceed. Report was mailed 10 June.
