Very shotty workmanship, didn't have the tools to do the job when showed up and did things without consulting me. Very unprofessional.

A little mix up setting up the appointiment but came on time within a couple days of first contacting and made the proper repair on the phone. Also offered a solution and assistance to another non-related problem. Nice guy, competent, and reasonably priced.
