Kids had a blast with him while he was here. Wife was happy with the work we had done. Could of been a little bit cleaner and covers on shoes to protect carpet. But overall we are satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

They called me immediately after I submitted my online request. They set up an appointment at a specific time a few days later. The technician showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The technician did a good job of explaining what needed to be done (cleaning and installation of a chimney cap) and the cost. My only complaint is that I had to do some additional clean-up of soot around the fireplace opening after the work was done.
