Rating: Project: Maid Service While they did an excellent job cleaning may toilets, they failed to cleam all areas requested.  What they did clean was acceptable.  They did not clean the guest bathroom or the… Read Complete Rating While they did an excellent job cleaning may toilets, they failed to cleam all areas requested.  What they did clean was acceptable.  They did not clean the guest bathroom or the utility room.  I felt the effort taken to clean the bathroom counters was less than stellar - it seemed as if they were "dry wiped".  Maybe there was a lack of communication, but I explained via e-mail that I had a four bedroom/3bath house with a basement and utility room, explaining what I wanted to be cleaned.  I think there should be a checklist that the customer can fill out and the crew can use to make sure they capture the full extent of the job.  See All Ratings
