I am very picky and so is my husband - the Lu & Lu service were very nice ladies and we were both very pleased with the clean results. We ar ehavinf them come back on a monthly basis!

Lucy, the boss and daughter of the lady who does the cleaning along with her husband, speaks enough English to get by. Her mother and dad, who are portugese speak very little English and that isn't ideal. However, they are very nice, do a job that is perfectly adequate for me--I love it, in fact. And the cost is not beyond reach.

They were both nice. I was dissatified, was told I was speaking to Lucy (owner) thought the English was much better, found out Lucy speaks no english. Communication - poor. Tried to explain what I expectd but job was not proformed to my standards, on Sunday I had to dust and re clean. I was willing to pay more to get a good job, bud paid much more and dissatified. Unhappy customer.

See was on time for both the estimate and the first cleaning. The house had just been painted and I had some carpentry work done and cleaning everything was the last step before putting the house on the market. She did a great job and will be back on a regular schedule until the house is sold
