Brian was very courteous and timely. He performed the workscope effieciently and charged me fairly. I intend to hire him again in the spring, and would highly recommend him to anyone else who needs their sprinkler system serviced.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
We ended up hiring Loyalty L & L to do a different project - landscaping for a home we're selling, and got great service in terms of promptness, price, quality of design and work, and match between estimated cost and actual cost. The property has much greater curb appeal after Brian's work and we hope for a quick sale with his help.

Brian contacted me within one business day of my initial request and his follow-ups were delivered exactly as promised. On the day of service, Brian showed up right on time as scheduled. He took the time to fully explain the service and also consulted me on some additional work that I need to have done. He was thorough, knowledgeable, worked quickly and more than reasonable in his pricing. I will definitely use Loyalty Lawn and Landscape for future projects.

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
The retaining wall project has not been started, however a different smaller project was handled quickly and efficiently. Estimates were provided quickly and work was completed in a timely manner with a most satisfactory experience. the owner was very knowledgeable in other areas as indicated by their name "lawn and landscaping."
