The problem was diagnosed quickly and Lou called all over the city and got the part we needed and installed it the same day. We were very pleased with his service. The quality of the work done by "Lou" the owner of Loyalty HAVAC combined with the tenacity with which he attacked my problem needs to be acknowledged. The problem with my vent free fire place seemed simple. however I could find no one who was capable of solving it. The specifics are a short yet boring story that I will not impose on you. What is important is that Lou came out the morning after I contacted him, diagnosed the problem and left promising to get back to me as soon as he could find the appropriate components. I didn't think I would hear from him for a week or so. Lou called me with in a couple of hours with the parts. About three hours later my problem was solved. Lou could not have been more consciousness and focused on solving my problem. If you have a problem with you're heating, air-conditioning, or fireplace, save your self some time and effort and just make Lou your first call.

After my first review the boiler stopped working & he came over with no charge,fixed it & only charged for parts nothing ELSE,plus he already set me up for next yrs cleaning.

After an emergency repair call, I elected to purchase a new furnace. Lou took meticulous care in fashioning new vents, necessary for the smaller size furnace. He was at my home for 12 hours installing the furnace, replacing a basic light fixture, and replacing 3 thermostats. After completing the installation, a service call to RG&E was necessary to turn on the gas, a task that the RG&E technician thought that, although tricky, would have been within the skills of most heater and cooling specialists. I had limited time to research costs; some items now appear to have been overpriced. He did replace a hot water vent for free.

LOYALTY HEATING & COOLING took gentle care with this customer. Pricing was discounted and extras were also thrown in for free. This home had an issue where the gas shut off would not re-open due to being a locking gas shut off which needs a special tool that only RG&E carries. RG&E was recommended to come out to take a look at the home owners gas meter. After the gas meter was approved per our request, the furnace was ready to fire up. There was no over pricing and we compensated this home owner significantly. We performed our duties 125% and appreciated the business. Thank you.
