Lowry's was the first and only lawncare service from ServiceMagic that contacted me, which is just fine because I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did on my lawn, shrubs, and tree. Their customer service was top notch (great communication and quick to address any questions and/or concerns), their maintenance plans are "flexible", and their prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend them and plan on continuing to use them for a long time to come.

We've only had them out once so far so I don't think I can give a true rating at this time. They did a great job cutting back the overgrowth around the pool area, trimming back the trees in the back, and removing the debris. The edging was great. The lawn looks well defined now. The mowing was okay. One side of the house appeared not to have been cut too well. Also when they blew away the cuttings around the pool, they blew it towards the pool (it's enclosed) and a lot of debris ended up in the pool. It took me close to an hour to skim it out. I hope they blow away from the pool next time.

Our Lawn had grown too tall and we needed service right away. Jason came and explained his service to us and came the next day with his crew and did a good job. It is good to have them to do my lawn work, looking forward for a long relationship with this company.
