Lowry Electric's prices are much too high. Also, there is a charge of $45 for them to come and give the estimate - regardless of whether or not you end up doing business with them. They are also pushing a 'club membership' which entitles you to a lower price. The 'club membership' is another $100 annually. I paid over $500 for one quad electrical socket in my basement.

Customer service both by the appointment office and the plumber was very courteous and professional. Was a little taken aback by the cost to unclog a toilet considering he had to use my manual auger and plunger. Still pleased that he really worked on finishing the job and now my toilet runs great!

They responded quickly, and arrived at the appointed time the next day. The job was handled courteously and quickly, without any hard "upsell" of additional services.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
I was in a bind, needing central AC work for an investment property on a Saturday. Lowry was the only company that returned my calls. Their overall service was good (from a customer svc and actual work performance standpoint). My complaint is that their pricing structure is unclear. I asked time and again for clear pricing, and never received it. In the end, I find out that my external fan simply needed to be screwed on and the system needed to be checked. Sounds simple, but they charged more than $500. Needless to say, I feel gouged ... having paid more than double what I feel would've been fair. I won't be doing business with them again.
