They responded quickly to my enquires. Jim came to my home to make an estimate but the charge was 150% of his estimate. They did a very nice job. Very professional.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
Did a good job, very friendly service. The only negative is that I had them replace the washing machine faucets in the wall and the hot and cold faucets were placed on the wrong pipes, so I had to switch the hoses going to the washing machine.

I was hoping the boxes for the toilets would be hauled away and the contractor left some messy areas. I don't have a lot to compare with but the cost was higher than I expected.

We had a toilet that was leaking through the ceiling into the bathroom below. Lowe's called us immediately and we set up a time that afternoon. Both the office personnel and technician were very friendly and efficient. Their rate was very reasonable.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Treatment & Purification System
Installed a water softener purchased directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the system was defective which caused a nightmare of plumbing problems. Lowes installed the replacement system, didn’t check their work and failed to complete the job. After several attempts, to flush the pipes & change clogged faucet cartridges and toilet valves, I had to contract another plumber to finish the job. Receptionist was outstanding, but overall C/S and quality of work was poor and very expensive!

the guys were attentive and on time. the phone crew was friendly and helpful. had forgotten how costly plumbers were though and could have lived without regaining that information. thanks for the help though.
