Michael Lowe is a Resnet certified energy rater with an extensive background in building science and a science degree from Louisiana State University. He has been performing energy audits and energy ratings for the LA HERO program on existing homes as well as new construction since 2003. He has also helped train numerous current energy raters as well as up-and-coming raters.
