We've had ongoing issues with our A/C and Love's handled all of our service calls, resulting in an eventual full replacement. One call had the owner, himself, responding on a weekend. Their customer service was impeccable, their quality of work outstanding, and they were more than fair. My brother-in-law dabbles in A/C repair and told us the price we got for our new unit was VERY competetive. My husband and I would highly recommend Love's to anyone needing HVAC services. They installed a high efficiency air conditioner and furnace. Also did some duct work. Did an excellent job and great prices and great customer service.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
I interviewed 8 contractors for job of installing a heat pump. The sales guy from Love's was professional, informative and friendly. We talked for an hour about the different units and options and home needs. He measured each room. He even tried to talk me out of buying a unit I wanted because it was too large for the house - great guy. I purchased Trane 16 SEER, 2 stage, 3 ton unit with elec. air cleaner. The installation team were pro's. Arrived on time, tarps on the carpet, no shoes upstairs - good attention to detail. At the end of the job, even after 7 hours, one of the guys offered to remove a unneeded vent for free. Well done!

Mike, the technician called to say he was stuck in traffic and would be delayed in arrival. He arrived approximately 10 minutes after scheduled appointment. He went immediately to the A/C unit to begin evaluation and within a matter of a few minutes was able to pinpoint the problem. Mike was personable and pleasant.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
This company comes with honesty and intergrity. They responded quickly and knew exactly what the problem was with our A/C. He got the A/C back up and running and then the next day we had to call him out again because the relay (not anyones fault) went bad. He fixed that no problem. I will continue to use this company because they are fair, honest and very responsive.
