Project: Repair Existing Shower Door or Enclosure
It took from February 14th until yesterday to complete the job. It took longer than they quoted to get the glass needed to fix the door. The workers came with a key ingredient to do the work and had to return. They spoke very little English. They came back and finished the job but the door wasn't right. It stuck when opening and closing it. They came back and fixed it and created a crack in the grout. It took a long time for Mr Lopez himself to come and fix it. They kept promising that someone was coming out and 3 times, they didn't show.

Lopez Glass came out within 3 to 4 days to see the job needed. They took measurements and out email address and said they would be back in touch. They never called, therefore, we called them and they sent an estimate right away. We called to have them do the job and came out 2 days later and finished the job. Job well done. The only problem is that it took about 2 weeks to get the job done. Wished it could had been done sooner.

My only problem was they didn't show for the first appointment and then they were 2 hours late the date of installation. Clean work.

These guys were great. My problem wasn't huge but I couldn't do it myself. They fixed my shower door in s few minutes and then caulked the rest of the bathroom at my request.

The sales manager is very professional, explained all the details of the project and all the materials that he is going to use. I had trouble with pricing of the project as I was told 1 price when I met in person and the invoice has additional taxes etc. Also had some back and forth arguments on one of the items to be added to the invoice. Once the details were sorted out everything went smooth. The installers did a good job on the install but are sloppy in cleaning the area after the project is done. They cut frame in front of the garage and did not cleanup, they are really fine pieces of metal which is dangerous if some one walk bare foot.

Hired Lopez for a shower glass installation. His measurement person was the same as the installer. Came to the home when promised every time, unfortunately one of the pieces broke before being delivered, thus delayed the project, however Lopez made good for the inconvenience. Will certainly recommend them.
