Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
Water in the basement, due to sump pump failure. Phoned Mr. Long, he phoned back, came the same afternoon. Once there, he explained the problem in great and precise detail. He listed possible repairs, we talked and agreed to one. He did the work, and now the pump works perfectly. Mr. Long was quite pleasant, and easy to deal with. I'd recommend him, without hesitation
