Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Mark Long came out promptly and fixed it. I had a different plumber out to fix the toilet in Nov but it was stil getting clogged. He charged me $140.00. Mark charged me 1/2 the price and thoroughly unclogged it. I was happy that there are good honest plumbers in the world.

Outstanding Service at a very reasonable price. Arrived on time and finished install fast. There was a design defect with the toilet that caused it to spray water out the back of the tank. Called American Standard Support and they admitted flaw does exist and they are working on a fix, but would not pay for re-install of alternate toilet. Mark Long fixed this flaw in 15 minutes and toilet now works perfectly. He did not charge extra for time or parts, and price was exactly what was quoted and agreed upon. Cleaned up completely and he will now have a repeat customer. An honest man doing excellent work at a fair price!! How refreshing is that!!

I spoke directly with Bob Long and he gave me excellent advice on what to do with 2 hot water heaters. Clearly his goal was not to upsell me but give me the best product and value and performed all the service in a very timely fashion and communicated in a great manner. I would recommend him to anybody and I would use him for further plumbing needs.

Had my drain and water hook-ups for the kitchen moved for a remodeling job. Had several plumbers come in and provide estmates. Long's talked about several ways to do the job, but suggested what I think (after doing my research) was the best solution at a reasonable price. Told me everything I needed to know on how the job would progress, Scheduled the job, got the permit for the job, did the job quickly. Exactly what you want a contractor to do.
