Very fast response time. They showed up and had solved the issue within 2 hours. The icing on the cake was their courteous service. At no point was I treated like an idiot for them to take advantage of. I frequently do business with electricians plumbers and AC repair personnel and I am exceptionally pleased.

The man from Logan's contanted me very quickly and was at my house within an hour (on a Saturday)!!!! He was very courteous and professional. I live out of state and had to have the repairs approved/etc. over the phone. He sent me pictures of the problem via text and discussed in easily understandable terms what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the issue. Also, the price was very reasonable. Not to mention I had had this problem about 6 months ago and the first repairman was unable to find the problem. Also, the people at service magic were very courteous! (They did enter my problem in wrong though the first time)

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
Friendly, prompt, very reasonable. Other plumbers we got quotes from tried to talk us out of a tankless water heater but that is what we wanted. We are very happy with all facets of this job. Thanks!

First call out responded promptly, did great work, rates competitive and workers cordial and clean. Did not leave any mess behind. Called two days later for additional job and never recieved a callback. I'm not certain why, but went with another company.
