It was a positive experience dealing with Loftin's Construction. We made several changes in color choices after the initiate visit with Loftin's Sales Rep Kevin and each time was met with a no problem attitude. The first day the "crew" showed up lead by Charlie, despite having the wrong color for the freeze board we knew it was the right choice. They continued forward working the facia and soffit and showed up the very next day with the right color. Charlie each went above our expections to make sure we were happy and made what ever changes or adjustments we asked for without hestitation. We'll be using Loftin's Construction again.

Rainy weather hampered installation a while but completion of the 6 windows & siding <br />on our 3 dormers is now done.  They were very nice & proficient to work with. Charlie <br />& his team are professionals. We love the look of our new windows.  Just what we <br />were wanting and we were pleased that they were also able to take care of our small <br />siding project too.

The experience was very good starting with salesman Chip, followed by the workers lead by Charlie. <br />While there was some wrinkles in the order and it took somewhat longer than expected the company kept us advised and was very competent and worked well with us. <br />Over all very happy with the windows and those involved in getting the job done.
