Experienced professional. Would have preferred a work and parts estimate before completing the job. Part were too expensive and could have purchased them for at least 50% less than what this professional charged for them. Valued commentary on the problem was appreciated. Whoever uses this professional, please state before the job is completed or started on that you want to see an estimated price for the job completion.

He missed the first appointment completely and never called- when i called to see where he was he rescheduled and was an hour late for that appointment. Work is good but customer service bad

Jeff was very professional and came to my home to provide me a quote for a new A/C system after analyzing my current system. Unfortunately, I had to go with a different company that provided the same system for about $3000 less. Despite my need to save money due to being in and out of work for about a year, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who follows the golden rule, "treat others as you would like to be treated." Jeff is an outstanding individual who "walks the talk."

I had a different service company come in and tell me I needed to spend $5,200 to solve my problem with the air conditioning. I called Jeff Lockler and he came out right away, found the real problem and fixed it for $340. I was never so happy to spend $340 in my life. I would recommend Lockler Air Conditioning to everyone.
