Larry was professional, informative and polite on the phone.  He sent his worker Douglas to do the work and the project was completed within hours of my initial call.  I am pleased I stumbled across their website as I did an online search for a locksmith. I would definitely use them again.

I had hired another locksmith who was out on 9/11/09 to rekey ad repair a front door lock.  That evening it didn't work, he told us to fix it ourselves when we called him and Monday morning he was still complaining about the walk from the parking lot and his supervisor yelled at me on the phone.  I put in a request on service Magic and within minutes Larry from Lock Busters called.  He listened to me ( a mere female) and sent out his techncian Douglas.  Douglas arrived early, did a wonderful job and was very professional and courteous.  If I could give them more stars I would.  I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
