Project: Install a Pond

This has been a nightmare. Obviuosly the contractor was unaware of how to rebuild an existing waterfall in a small pond so that plants, fish and frogs could thrive. the pump is obviously mismatched and has sucked water out to the point that the pond was left empty kiling all the plants. Supposedly, that was repaired and after placing tadpoles, crayfish and snails ~ they have all beeen sucked into the iobviously incorrect pump and died. I am going to have to get a different contractor to make the correct revisions.

Customer refused at least twice to come outside to speak with Leonard when he arrived at scheduled appointments to make the repair. Called the office in a frenzy several times to complain instead of calling Leonard directly on his cell phone, then complained that she was not getting the truth about his whereabouts. Very uncooperative with the business owner, office manager and crew.

very clean and neat work. To the point and the most reasonable quote. Very polite and courteous manager. We now have a landscaper to turn to always. When the work was done no one could tell that there was so much work done. Hauled away all the old and cut down trees and branches and leaves.

They were very prompt in getting me scheduled for a quote. Had some good ideas on how to give my house "curb appeal" to sell quicker without spending a ton of money. They came out earlier than scheduled which was great for me and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them!
