Obviuosly the contractor was unaware of how to rebuild an existing waterfall in a small pond so that plants, fish and frogs could thrive. the pump is obviously mismatched and has sucked water out to the point that the pond was left empty kiling all the plants. Supposedly, that was repaired and after placing tadpoles, crayfish and snails ~ they have all beeen sucked into the iobviously incorrect pump and died.
