After I called and they checked their records they called me back and came out that afternoon. technician was nice enough, but lacked step ladders and a needed 6' ladder to get into ducts. I had to provide them. I was also told they could spray paint the vents white again and the technician knew nothing about it. Pricing was not quoted completely and I thought it was pretty high for the overall performace of the cleaning. Hopefully they just had a bad day, but I would not call them again. See All Ratings
