Mike was efficient, friendly and professional. He completed 3 small jobs in record time and throughly cleaned the work area. I wouldn't hesitate to call him to work on another project.

This company was very responsive and the first to contact me. Mike, the owner was professional. The broken part of our kitchen faucet could not be repaired. Mike offered to make a trip to the nearest hardware store to pick up a new faucet. Rather than having to make another appointment, he returned same day to install a new faucet. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of his work. Would recommend to others.

Mike called within a few seconds of putting up my (small) project, and came over to repair it within the hour. Very professional, courteous, and did a great job. Quoted me a very reasonable "labor + parts" price, which didn't change even after he replaced more parts than he originally estimated. I know who I'll be using for my plumbing needs from now on!

Michael and Chris both showed up at the scheduled time, gave me a very reasonable bid--and then offered to do the work immediately, even though it was well into the evening. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. They will be my choice for plumbing work in the future and I recommend them most highly.

Not only did I get immediate response to my online request but they also showed up the same day and installed a new kitchen faucet in no time at a very good price. I will not try to do any of my own plumbing repairs again. We will be calling Little Big Plumbing for now on.

The guys arrived on time, were extremely thorough, courteous and professional. They did not quit until they fixed the problem and then cleaned up afterward and left my basement in better condition than it was before. Very nice, professional plumbers. Highest recommendation!

I wish that I could have chosen 10 stars because that is how good my experience was with this company. Mike called me immediately and was at my house within the hour. He could not get the part I needed (because it was New Year's Day) and promised to try to get it the next day (a Sunday). He called to let me know that he wouldn't be able to get it until Monday and would be there by 9am. There was no 2nd charge for his time nor was there an extra charge for it being New Year's Day. The price was great. I'm considering replacing my hot water heater just so that I can use this company!
