Further, we were charged over $20 a piece for 4 cedar planks although we had agreed on the full price of that project and there was no mention of us paying for the materials separately. I replaced a couple of planks myself (they were very rotted and were missed by Listino, but I did not want to deal with him anymore), and learned the actual price of the wood (also learned how easy it is to do - last time I'll hire someone to do my deck).
