This contractor is terrible.  The siding was what needed to be repaired.  One side of the house took over a week to tear down and put up new.  Then the painters painted the porch, the driveway, the AC unit, some bricks (all of this was drips and over spray).  Then a window that was taken down was broken by the painters, the fixed installed by the contractor and broken during installation, refixed and installed with black dirt all on the inside and yet again broken during installation.  I am not even bothering to call to get it fixed again since they have proven that they are incompetent at completing this job. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!

Work was done with just a touch over initial projected schedule, even with the unpredictable rain and a major chimney repair! The job turned out to be much larger than initially anticipated, which Jim warned us about after his initial inspection so we were prepared and work was completed on schedule and right on the quote! Owner was onsite a lot as well and didn't just appear for the initial quote and bail!! Couldn't ask for more! will definitely recommend and use again!

The work estimates for Master Home Repair Service were competative, fair and reasonable. They performed quality work on schedule and were willing to take on additional work as required by the homeowner. They were very dependable and were customer service oriented. We were very pleased with all aspects of their work which resulted in our requests for additional work beyond their original scope of work.
