  • todd Lipani actively participates in his church community garden which he helped establish. They have constructed over 2,000 sq. ft. of growing area to grow food for the needy. If Todd isn't on the job or at home, you can probably fnd him in the church garden!

Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
Mr. Lipani was very patient explaining the process and choices for our new patio. He never acted pushy, was very honest and discussed all options. He actually LISTENED to what we said and then interpreted our ideas with a building plan. Our patio looks GREAT!!!!!! He did what he said he would do and did a GREAT job, cleaned up and kept us up to date with the progress. Would whole heartedly recommend.

The pergola Todd and his workers built is beautiful There were a couple of minor snags but nothing to worry about. The work was completed quickly and the end result is extremely satisfactory. I can highly recommend this company.

Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
Initially I thought they did a great job, but upon closer inspection, I realized they didn't do a good deal of what Todd said they would do. Unfortunately, Todd didn't take notes. The flowerbed work was very good, but the back rose garden wasn't raised with extra dirt as planned, the bushes were not trimmed as promised, and the grass installed was diseased. I followed watering instructions perfectly, but it died within a month. He did come back to finish a few items he forgot, but seemed pretty put out about it. I was disapointed the work wasn't complete, that I paid a huge amount of money for diseased grass, and for the poor attitude.

Project done professionally, excellent workmenship, very clean. Started on schedule and completed on a short schedule without compromising the quality. I have recommended Lipani Designs to all of my neighbors.
