He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and got to work bringing in equipment and helping my husband move the remaining large pieces of furniture out of the rooms. He did a very good job and everything looks great! The only improvement I can see that would have made it 5 star quality would be to make sure all long stragglers of jute backing are completely cut off and removed. Other than that small detail, we are thrilled.
