Project: Trim Trees
The owner obviously underestimated the amount of work involved in my tree trimming project. He estimated 1 day with 4 guys and it took him 1 day with 4 guys plus another half day with 6 guys. They are hard workers but not detail oriented. There was still a good deal of cleanup work that needed to be done when they left after the second day and I had to keep pointing out items that they agreed to do but were ignoring because of the time it would take. They also showed little respect for my property, filling chainsaws with oil and gas on the edge of my pool or on a granite top table leaving oil stains and scratches in the paint on the coping

He did not edge lawn as requested nor did he do anything about the grass growing in between the cracks in the sidewalk.

I found out after he left that he had forgotten to do the back yard. Also, he did not cut it short enough and so it was overgrown in 3 days again. i believe it was a language/communication problem as he did not understand that I wanted it cut short. I do not speak Spanish and did not understand a lot of what he said either. The front was done except they missed quite a few very tall weed shoots and, like i said, did not cut the grass short enough.

Jaime was extremely responsive. He got back to us right away with a reasonable quote. He then serviced our 3 properties within a day of us contracting with him. We have dealt with several other lawn service people/companies over the past few years and they have all been quite arrogant and very difficult to deal with and not very reliable. Jaime has been very nice and very easy to work with.

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
Jaime was awesome! My husband and I were really stressed about tearing out the badly planned half hazard landscaping that came with our new home. The guys from Linaldi's took care of everything in one day...and had our yard looking nice and ready for us to start anew. Very impressed.
