We hired them for a spa inspection. The found no problems, but then the very next day a fuse blew. We asked them to return to fix it and the guy they sent misdiagnosed the problem. It was over a month before we could get them back. When the guy finally came back to do the work, we were charged again, and not a small sum. However, the spa does now work.

we checked the spa and found no problems it was running good 3 days later they called and said the tub was not working we went back and found no power to the the breaker. The breaker was bad and needed replacing before we could find the problem.The weather was cold and they had to drain the tub so it wouldnt freeze we went back as soon as the weather warmed up and we made the repair.we made three service calls and only charged for 1 it was not our fault the breaker went bad and the fuse blew on the control panel. also the hot tub they perchased was used but was working fine when i checked it. we charged them $152.50 for 3 service calls
