the computer guy seemed very knowledgeable, was very flexible with scheduling, and was always sure to call ahead of time to let me know when he was to arrive. As it turned out, there were several things wrong with my computer, and he had to make 3 trips. I found pricing to be extremely reasonable, and now, my computer is working like it was the day I bought it.
