I needed to get a building permit from the county; two days after notifying your company, my carport was standing and ready to use. The crew was very courteous and helpful in letting me know what I could do on my own to make the carport more secure against potential strong winds.

I am very impressed with the professionalism displayed from the moment I contacted Lightning Aluminum, Inc. until they completed the job and were paid. The entire crew (3) worked very hard and the place was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I questioned them about several issues throughout the day and each time they answered my questions and met my requests. I would use them again for a similar or much bigger job. They were as good (or probably better) than any work crew I have used before. They exceeded my very high expectations. They were awarded the job in a competative bid process. They did a great job, although they were more expensive than all of the other companies.

She wanted her screen panels repaired/replaced within 2 hours of calling! In addition, large, state licensed companies do cost more than unlicensed repair men working out of their trucks.
