Project: Install a Ceiling Fan
Put up 2 ceiling fans for us. He came prepared with all the parts needed to put in an extra wire, brackets and switchs for separating the light and fan for each. Turned out the 2nd wire and and bracket were already there and he didn't need to use the parts. He also assembled both fans. Very happy with how things turned out. Would use Chad again for electrical work.

Project: Repair Landscape Lighting or Outdoor Lighting
Chad and his crew rewired a 120v street light recently. They did a great job keeping things clean even through some moderate rain. The cut sod was replaced to the point that you can't really notice that work was done. I'm very pleased with their work.

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring
We had Lighthouse Lighting put in a new service panel and were very pleased with our experience with them. Service was scheduled quickly and was performed on time. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable, and left our home clean after the job was done. Pricing was very good. Would highly recommend.

Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
When I was searching for an electrician company service magic once again delivered. Chad from lighthouse was on time for every appointment and always finished the work requested to a finish. I hired lighthouse to do my complete electrical work for the basement. In all they installed for us 18 can lights, 22 electrical outlets (GFCI) and 3 light sockets. They did the rough in and finish, They also stuck to the BID and worked with me on my terms! No surprises. I would highly recommend them for all your light needs.

Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
Lighthouse Lighting bid the job at 3 hours it took longer than 3 hours and we were only charged for the 3 hours orininally bid. The work was done to our satification. I would have Lighthouse Lighting come back for more projects in the future.

Chad Wardlow had transportation problems, but he called promptly and we rescheduled, When he arrived he promptly diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions, all were expedient and economical. I was extremely pleased with his solution. He was quick and neat and his solution was perfect for my needs.
