The initial consultation was great, Rob came out as promised to assess the work that needed to be done, he provided an estimate based on what was asked, and took some of the repair work with him to work on in his shop. Two seperate times were scheduled to bring the items back and both times were cancelled. Although very nice, the contractor seemed confused at times and i was disappointed that he did not have basic items that i would expect a handyman to have, such as screws. In addition, he forgot to bring a vital item to do one of the projects he was hired to do. I will not be hiring him again.

Rob came out to my house the same day I requested service, he was here within 20 minutes and did everything I needed. He went above and beyond my expectations and the quality of work is excellent. Great Job!

He was on time, fast and reasonably priced. He had to run to Home Depot to get something and got turned around (easy to do in my area) but took the time off which wasn't necessary.

Rob went WAY beyond the normal and expected in order to complete this job. I won't go into detail about the circumstances, but I needed a deadbolt installed, and it was a scary situation where I did not feel safe without it. He met me to get the house keys, went to my house and completed the installation in record time. Thank you Rob!

Great the first day, but then felt like I was being "milked" for additional time the next 2 days. Extremely inefficient (got confused by paint colors). Quoted time/$ charge for work based on very a very detailed email and in-person explanation, but failed to deliver on 1/3rd of the list in the time stated by him. If you have a lot of extra money lying around and no timeline to complete a project, hire this guy.
