This took over 1 month to complete and I had to call to see when the next time they were coming was. Cost was high, but it was parts, not labor

Shelby Peterson was great. He did a thorogh job reviewing the options with us and explaining the different products. We had a tight time schedule to view the property windows because we had a renter coming and he made time in his schedule to come right over for us.

They did install my shutters in the timeframe they had promised. They were up in no time. My only suggestion is that after installation, they should check everything over more carefully to be sure all is correctly done. I had to point out two separate items that needed to be redone, and they did fix these problems immediately. Overall, except these two items, they did a good job and were very pleasant to deal with.

The installers were two young men, very courteous, professional in their work. They did a good job, if I was still in business I would higher them for my work.
