We used Liberty inspections twice, the first time we were pleased with the work. On the second home Jeff failed to notify us that he changed the inspection time so when our son went to meet him Jeff had already done the inspection and left. Jeff failed to note a crack in the tub in the master bath, he also failed to mention that the well water system has a leaky Swimming Pool filter on it. He did find several small electrical problems and the homeowner agreed to make the necessary repairs so we called Jeff to schedule a reinspect of those areas. Jeff told us that we would be charged $150.00 for it. One reinspect is usually included!

Very positive! He showed up on time, was very professional and thorough, answered all questions posed to him, and followed up with a written report a short time later. In addition, he made several calls to obtain expert opinions.

He was very thorough and very helpful. It gave us the informatrion we needed in making a decision whether to purchase the home he inspected for us. Considering the time he took and the report he furnished it was a very reasonable price and would highly recommend him.
