Only downer on the project is that they put the wrong window in a room, and I had to wait 2 weeks for it to get fixed. Other than that great customer service by Paul and wondows are terrific...

we had 18 windows and 2 doors replaced. We had to have them come back out at least 10 time to fix up their work. The worker they use was the lowsiest I ever saw. He was going to leave the job as done with a half-inch gap between the "energy-efficient" door and its frame, and the doorstep ungrouted. After we had him fix it multiple times, now there is still a draft coming though. He also tore our dry walls at several places. The patch-up job is far from satisfactory. They use poor-quality wood for your sills, wood with notches and splinters. When I asked the owner to come look at the job, he just kept sending the same worker back.

Paul told me they would do a great job from the first time i met him. the installer, Rich, did an outstanding job on the widows and siding! they proved more than once that doing a great job was very important to them. i would highly recommend them to anyone considering windows, siding and gutters.

Liberty Industries is a small company, with Paul Lueders handling the sales and Kevin honchoing the installation. We had 10 windows in our home replaced with their recommended brand of vinyl windows, Vinylmax. The price was exactly as quoted, with no add-ons, and was very competitive. Paul offered two different grades of vinyl windows, and we went with the upgraded option. On the day of installation, Kevin and two assistants arrived on time, and had all ten windows installed the same day, except for one hour's work the next morning to finish trimming. I highly recommend this local company!
