Work and quality good. Some issues in finding the right schedule for installation, but worked it out. Also had a misunderstanding on the tint for the windows. Did not understand they did not do tinting. They did refer me to supplier who did a great job and gave a discount.

I was contacted by an employee of Liberty within hours of my Service Magic referral. She was courteous and offered a time for the estimator (Mike) to visit my home. I was told he would call when in route and he did so as promised. He was professional, well groomed, and articulate. He produced a written estimate and approximate delivery date of a week from the date. Not having heard from them on the 7th day I phoned them and was connected to the same pleasant person I originally spoke with. She asked me to wait while she checked the order. She offered me an install date and time pleasing to me. the install was perfect. I am happy.
