I think that they did a great job. They did forget to caulk the seams and had to come back out and did that quickly. I was disappointed because they told me that I could put the job on a credit card. After they finished the work they told me that they weren't taking credit cards anymore and that I owed them cash on the spot.

We felt the price was fair and the gentlemen came out quickly to get the job done. The only issue we had was that after they were done, though my husband called and asked them to come back with an extension on the drainspout, and though they agreed to, they never came back. So make sure you're totally satisfied with this company's work before you pay them.

Review by a customerin San Antonio, TX Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure
On more than on occasion, crews just showed up without an appointment in poor weather conditions. The patio cover leaked during the first big rain storm. Several deep scratches & other damage was evident due to their hurried efforts to put up the patio cover so they could "catch up" on their work orders (was told repeatedly how behind they were). When an appointment was scheduled (to fix the leak), the crew failed to show up & called many hours later (at their convenience) wanting to stop by. When told "no," the lead guy got rude. The verbal so called "life time" warrantee says quite the opposite on paper. Beware!
