We charge the same for all clients. Our rates are on our website and clearly spelled out on the phone and via email before every appointment and those are the rates we charged in this case, as in every other call we make. I'm not sure how the client got the impression that "existing" clients get a lower rate but that is inaccurate.

Hired Lewis Landscape for 2 different projects and they were done promptly and professional, Fall cleanup price was just right. They were prompt and landscape designer had great ideas and advise. They come highly recommended.

We had 1500 sq. ft. of sod installed. Before installation the Lewis crew had to remove 1500 sq. ft. of gravel! The foreman of the job is very pleasant and professional. The crew was efficient and courteous. The only suggestion for improvement is to do a final "walk-thro" with the foreman before the crew leaves the job site. We discovered a couple of things that needed to be done to finish the job; Lewis came right out and took care of the items. Bottom line... we have a beautiful green backyard. Thanks Lewis Landscape!

They are very thorough and my yards look so nice after they have been here.

This was a small job requiring that they cap off 10 sprinkler heads in preparation for new landscaping. I intend to hire them to add sprinklers and have them perform the annual turn off and turn on maintenance. In this instance, though, they arrived 1 1/2 hours late and didn't call to advise me that they had been unexpectedly delayed. As a result, I wasn't able to stay with them while they performed the work. Consequently, one sprinkler head that needed to be capped off wasn't. I called and they were supposed to come back in a week to complete the job. A month later, I had to call again to remind them.

Lewis Landscape Services is a well-organized and well-run company. I have been very pleased with them from the moment they provided an estimate. They now provide my yard maintenance and have done an exceptional job. Their work is thorough, done efficiently and the prices are very competitive. I would definitely endorse this company to my friends and family.

The irrigation specialist from Lewis Landscape came out, turned on my system, fixed a broken sprinkler head, and made some recommendations which will be helpful and save me a lit of money. He was professional and courteous. I would call this contractor again.
