Steven is a consummate professional, a straightforward, courteous and tactful individual and a very detail oriented inspector with a keen eye for anything that doesn't seem quite right. He's well worth his fee. I will do business with him again if the need arises. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the facts laid out in professional quality photos and simple to understand language.

Project: Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof
Although he was not able to conduct the roof inspection due to the height of the house, he was very quiick to respond and able to refer us to a roofer that was equally quick to respond and able to complete the roof inspection. We will keep Level Home Consultants on our short list of companies to contact and refer for future use.

Steve was incredibly helpful. Not only was he very thorough on his inspection, but he took the time to explain everything step-by-step to us. He provided a detailed report with photos within 24 hours. I would highly recommend!

I learned a lot during this inspection. You don't have to be there for the inspection, but if you want to learn a lot about how to better take care of your new home, or how to inexpensively correct potential problems in the future, make the time to be there during the inspection. Steve is a fountain of knowledge and has no hesitation is sharing all he knows if you ask his advice. Well worth the time and money!
