He was very reasonable and very very helpful. Willing to work with me. He came out immediately. I needed a new water heater he gave me a good deal and send out a guy who really knew what he was doing.

The service was great and my tech was very informative. I was, however, a little disappointed that I was charged a "trip fee" when the tech had to leave and go buy the piece of faucet that was broken. I had already advised them that the faucet was broken and would need to be replaced. They advised the tech would have everything he needed replace. But he did not so I was charged a $30.00 "trip fee" for him to go get it a Home Depot.

Chris was very professional throughout the entire process. He asked all the right questions up front to give me a good estimate over the phone, and stuck to that estimate when the job was finished. I would highly recommend Lettow Plumbing to anyone.
