Mr Le provided excellent service from start to finish.  He responded by phone within minutes to my service request to ServiceMagic, was onsite within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem with my central A/C unit, provided me several options at different price points to replace the failed unit and within a day completed the installation of a new system.  He and his crew were hardworking and professional, working into the evening to restore our A/C.  I am totally satisfied with the outcome of this project.  Charlie is now my "go-to" person for future Heating & A/C needs and I strongly recommend him as an honest and capable service provider. <br /> <br />
