Charlie was absolutely fantastic.. He came out immediately after my call (after 6 in the evening) and took me through all issues with the system.. We had a 20 year old ac unit that simply needed to be replaced.... He then helped determine the most affordable unit that also was efficient and met our needs. He and his team came out the following morning and completed the install in a few hours.. You can tell that Charlie takes pride in his work and really wants to satisfy his customers.. I will absolutely be using Charlie for all future service needs.

When he quoted the price - his $70 sounded like $17 - so my bill was higher than I thought it should have been. In reference to customer service - He told me an hour time frame to come by BUT he didn't come or call. So three hours later - I called him & he said he was on the way. Overall, after he arrived - he worked fast & the cost quickly added up. The positive part of experience is that he had the parts we needed - so he was able to get our system working fast! Being the service call was on Sunday - I am sure this affected the price. Also - he warrants parts & labor - so I am satisfied & will call him if I need him in the future...

Repaired my unit with freon. His helper moved the unit and it lost the freon. They returned the next day repaired the broken weld his helper caused and charged me for freon again.

MISSED DIAG, Le advised me that I needed a new unit that my unit was dangerous. His diagnoses appeared to be based off of me telling him how old the unit was and not from an mechanical inspection of the furnace. He also advised his helper not put my furnace back together as it was before he looked at it. I got a second opinion, they simply lit the pilot light and replaced a t-couple. The other company also ran CO checks to ensure my unit was safe. The other company also advised me that my furnace had been well maintained and was in very good condition for it's age. It's been a few weeks now and my furnace has been functioning as expected
