Some charged more for additional inspection such as checking an attic etc., and others somewhat brushed off as I asked more questions. I found some inspectors used technical languages which I did not quite understand, and when I asked what they meant, I was somewhat treated as being ignorant of not knowing it. As an ordinary individuals who needed a good inspection and a person who is willing to respond to our questions freely, Ryan was a just right person to talk to.
