dave gave us the best estimate and the total cost did not differ from his original quote. we received excellent communication before and during the project. the time frame for completion was the exact amount of time he had predicted. the team was very friendly and we were very comfortable with them coming into our home. we will definitely use them in the future.

Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Hired to repair loose tiles and install granite seat in walk-in shower. Contractor was prompt and helpful in getting well matching granite for shower seat. He also replaced the deteriorated portion of the shower wall and retiled the wall. Unfortunately, within a year the tiles became loose due to water penetration resulting from improper installation. The entire job had to be redone.
Comment from Leone Remodeling
Customer had a small area of tile that was not properly installed originally. I tried to repair area but advised customer that the shower membrame was the reason water was penetrating and it probably was going to continue, The whole shower should have been torn down but I tried to work with what was there.25 years of tiling and have never had a single tile become loose. Original contractor is at fault.

We are very happy with our new kichen caninets, countertops, and backsplash. Dave & his team worked around our schedule and our new baby. He always communicated the next set of plans and estimated time of arrival. There were no surprises in the final fees. He stayed within our budget.

Dave Leone was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the process. He scheduled everything at our convenience, as available for questions, and followed through in a timely manner on everything he planned. We are really happy with the work he did.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
I can't say enough wonderful things about Dave Leone. He was considerate, professional, respectful and honest. The job was done sooner than he promised and although he had to use a higher grade material for finishing, he charged us what he had quoted for the job. It was a very difficult job, he had to move alot of heavy items and then move them back when he was done. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. The floors are beautiful and everything looks great!!

David was wonderful! He was very knowledgable about what we needed and helped us pick a quality door and had it installed in one day. We plan on using Leone Remodeling again for our big projects in the future (kitchen and bathroom)! I would HIGHLY recommend him!

I can't recommend Leone Remodeling enough. Dave installed my wood flooring and it came out beautiful. I was so impressed I asked him to do my kitchen remodel. Once again, I was very happy. This year his company came back to do the bathroom. The price is alway far and away the best and all work is done neatly and efficiently. Dave has great money saving ideas and his design sense is spot on...

The project turned out great. Dave and his team turned a half bath in a small attic space to a full bathroom with a lovely shower. Dave had some fine ideas. He completed the bathroom within the time frame he had projected. I am pleased with his work, and have scheduled another bathroom and a kitchen remodel with Leone Remodeling.
