We met with Mr. Williams, spoke in length about what we required and what services we needed. After waiting three weeks for a proposal, we recieved a standard contract containing services that we had already discussed that we did NOT need. His proposal was not personalized at all. We needed blueprints only based on the measurments he himself took along with a sketch we had done. Instead he recieved $250.00 to get started and wanted close to $4500.00 according the standard contract to do anything. Very disappointing.
